From ad to appointment in the calendar.
Getting leads is not the hard part. The hard part is the lead who picks up, is serious and confirms the conversation themselves. That is where many agencies stop. We keep going until that conversation is booked in your consultant's calendar.
How far we go is your choice. Two routes.
Route 1: leads, straight into your CRM.
For partners with their own sales process and a team that follows up fast. We set up the campaigns in Meta and Google, make the content and build landing pages with a brochure request and screening questions. Every lead lands straight in your CRM, with name, contact details and the answers to those questions.
The screening questions and the qualification show per lead whether they are warm or not yet. You never get an unsorted list. With this route you handle the follow-up and keep them warm yourself.
You make the calls. We manage the cost per lead.
Route 2: leads and appointments in your calendar.
Route 1: leads
Lead in your CRM
Route 2: appointments as well
Appointment in the calendar
Everything from route 1, plus the automation of the follow-up and the structure around it. Route 2 goes with a longer partnership; the pilot always runs on route 1.
The follow-up runs automated, by WhatsApp and email, under your name. The contact itself stays with your team; we build and maintain the system around it. The first questions about budget, timing and area are already on the landing page. The answers produce the split into warm and cold. Cold means someone who has just come in: still exploring, with plenty of questions. Warm is the one at the end of the funnel: they know the offer and are ready for a conversation. That buyer books a slot in your consultant's calendar themselves. The cold enquiry goes onto your client list and stays warm by email until they are ready; that costs you no time. It runs in your own email system, or in one we set up if you do not have one. The leads are always in your CRM. With route 2 you pay a lower fixed monthly price plus an amount per qualified appointment.
An appointment only counts when all five criteria are met:
- The buyer's budget matches the partner's offer.
- The buyer wants to buy within 12 months.
- The buyer is interested in the partner's area.
- The buyer confirmed the conversation themselves.
- The appointment is in the consultant's calendar.
If you doubt an appointment, you can object within 48 hours. If the buyer does not show up, we do not charge the appointment and it can be rebooked once. If your consultant does not show up, the appointment does count.
Both routes run on the same two channels.
Meta finds the buyer before they search.
Google Ads reaches people already searching for an apartment or a villa abroad. That group is small, and everyone is fishing in it. Meta reaches people who are not searching yet, but are open to property abroad. That is where the room is.
Meta creates the interest with images and the story of your project. Google catches the people who search afterwards. Together they fill the landing page with enquiries.
Your accounts, your pages.
We work inside your own environment: your website, your Facebook and Instagram pages, your ad account. The ad account stays yours.
Later, if you want: socials, site, automation.
Some partners move more to us over time: social media management, website development, further automation of the follow-up. That is an extension, not a condition. The core stays leads and appointments.
Start with two weeks of testing.
We discuss which route suits you at the intake. The pilot always runs on route 1 and shows what the channel does for your project, before you commit to anything.
