Two weeks of testing. Then you decide.
You do not have to take our word for it. In two weeks we build your campaign and show what Meta and Google do for your project. After that we look at the figures together. If it works, we continue; if not, we part ways.
The first step is a half-hour call with Chesney. We go through three questions: which market, which property price, how you follow up leads now.
A working campaign in your own account.
- A complete Meta Ads structure in your own ad account. The account stays yours.
- One landing page, aimed at the one audience we choose together up front. A page per reason for buying follows only once the campaign is running.
- If we build that page, the questions about budget, timing and area are on it. The buyer can then pick a moment straight away.
- If we run on your existing page, you arrange the screening and the booking yourself.
- Campaigns with matching content: copy, images and ads based on your project.
- Google Ads as an addition, for people already searching.
This is how it goes from first call to decision.
From introduction to decision in four steps.
Intake
We discuss your offer, your market and how you follow up leads now. That gives us the route, and what already exists in pages and accounts. That determines what we need to set up for you. We then check reputation, registration, reviews and news; we do that with every partner.
Setup
Mahmoud builds the Meta structure, the landing page and the campaigns. You supply project information and images, and have the ad budget ready at Meta.
Pilot
The campaigns run for two weeks. You see the enquiries come in, and the appointments buyers book themselves. We send you updates and adjust the campaign as it runs.
Evaluation
We show the results: enquiries, cost per enquiry, and the appointments buyers booked themselves. On that basis you get a proposal with a monthly price and, with route 2, the rate per appointment. You decide.
Two weeks. Four for higher-priced property.
Two weeks, then decide
Four weeks for higher-priced property
Two weeks is enough to see whether buyers respond to your project. If you sell property in the higher price range, we agree four weeks in advance.
What the pilot delivers depends on market and partner. What we do promise: after the pilot you see first results, with real figures.
What does it cost?
Our work during the pilot costs you nothing.
We build the structure, the campaigns and the content at no charge. If we do not continue after the pilot, there are no costs afterwards.
Your own ad budget, straight to Meta.
You pay the budget from your own ad account. We do not sit in between. If you continue, we set a minimum daily budget in the contract, which we determine after the pilot.
Two things can cost money.
The technical setup and the landing page. For the technical side you need a Facebook page, a Meta Business Manager account with Ads Manager, and the pixel on your website. Without that there is nothing to measure. We can run on your current page. But only a page we build carries the screening questions and lets the buyer pick a moment. You can arrange both yourself; if we do it, we charge a fee.
Why those two do cost money.
What we build there stays yours. The ad account, the page and all the data built up in it, even if we do not continue. We look at what is really needed together beforehand, without obligation.
After that: a fixed monthly price.
After a successful pilot you work with us on a three-month contract. No long contracts. A report every month.
Route 2 is the next step, not the pilot.
The pilot always runs on route 1. That way you first see what the front end does, without a system around it. If it works and we carry on, route 2 is the next step: a lower fixed monthly price plus an amount per qualified appointment. We only discuss that once the pilot has produced something.
Start with a half-hour call.
No obligation, no long contract. After the pilot you decide with the figures on the table. If it does not work, we stop; the ad account stays yours either way.
