Privacy and cookies
This site collects as little as possible. No cookies, no pixels, no form. Below you can see per item which data does exist and where it goes.
Controller
MH Marketing Group B.V., trading as Estara Partners, is responsible for the processing of data via this website. Chamber of Commerce: 94892121. Address: Transistorstraat 65G, 1322 CK Almere. Email: contact@estarapartners.com.
The WhatsApp button opens a conversation with Chesney Olieman. No WhatsApp script runs on this site; the button is a plain link. What you share in WhatsApp falls under the terms of Meta (WhatsApp). We keep the conversation on the phone of the contact person.
Phone and email
If you call or email us, we process only what you share yourself. That is your name, your number or email address, and the content of your message. We use that to answer you and to prepare a possible partnership.
Statistics without cookies
We measure how many people view a page and how often the buttons for a call and for WhatsApp are clicked. We do that with Vercel Web Analytics. This tool sets no cookies and does not follow you as a person.
Hosting
The site runs at Vercel. As with any host, your IP address is briefly stored in the server logs. That is needed to show the site and to protect it against abuse. Vercel processes this data according to its own privacy notice, which you can read at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies. No marketing cookies, no Meta pixel, no Google Ads measurement. That is why you see no cookie banner. If that changes in the future, we will update this page and ask for consent first where needed.
Retention periods
- WhatsApp conversations: 12 months
- Email and phone notes: 12 months
Your rights
You can always ask which data we hold about you. You can have it corrected or deleted, and you can object to the processing. Send an email to contact@estarapartners.com for that. We respond within 1 working day. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
